Day 3

The conditions this morning were amazing. The water was so flat, there was still swell but it was so smooth with virtually no ripples of waves to rock the boat. We glided through the water as we rowed through the day.

Obviously that didn’t last for long and the conditions changed in the afternoon. Thick cloud came over and threatened to rain but hardly any came.

Really starting to get into the swing of things now. Sleeping well during my rest periods and managing to eat properly now that I seem to be through the sea sickness (touch wood).

During the night Neal spotted a pod of dolphins that had come to check us out. They swam next to us, around us, under us. It was amazing and such a nice distraction!
